Most orders received before 12pm should arrive within 2 working days within the U.K. All items are sent Royal Mail First Class. Idle Hands can not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Orders to Europe should take 3 – 5 working days to arrive. Outside of Europe, delivery is estimated at 7 – 10 days.

Refund Policy

Items can only be returned in the unlikely event of being found faulty and that fault being confirmed by the manufacturer. Items must be returned at your own cost and risk and we will be happy to refund the original purchase. Please note that delivery charges for the original order are also non refundable.

Shipping

All orders are sent First class mail or Airmail and are well packaged with stiff card.
