    About Idle Hands

    The Idle Hands record shop was established early in 2011 as a response to the closure of the legendary Rooted Records, a store which for the previous 12 years had provided Bristol with the finest in Dubstep, Drum n' Bass, Techno, House and Reggae music. Picking up where Rooted left off, Idle Hands Records became (and remains) Bristol's only independent purveyor of upfront electronic music.

    Situated in the vibrant Stokes Croft area, the new shop has rapidly become a social epicentre for the multitude of DJ's, producers and music enthusiasts who live and work in the area...
